Simply put, we think ZeroGravity Beds are the best. And that's why we want you to try one in your own home, without the pressure of a store salesperson, risk-free for 90 days. If you don't love the ZeroGravity bed, you don't keep it. Simply send it back, no questions asked - you pay no return shipping costs within the continental United States.

During the trial period the Comfort Exchange feature allows you to fine tune your support level on many of our beds. Our patented 'Zip-Top Design' makes it easy to replace and/or upgrade the foam components that make up the mattress. Simply call 1-321-594-4325 and discuss your needs with your customer care representative. Comfort Exchanges are free with the Advanced Air Series during the trial period.

As a client, you need to know that we are a service company and our goal is to make your experience as enjoyable as possible, not just after your purchase, but for the entire time you own our sleep system. Our unrivaled 20-25 year warranties ensure a high quality product at a reasonable price.

If you are not happy with your mattress we will reimburse the full purchase price as well as pay for the return shipping (within the continental USA). We ask that you try the bed for the full 90 day try-out period and work with your customer care representative to upgrade or replace any 'Comfort Component' before deciding you are not satisfied. If you decide at the end of the trial that you are dissatisfied, simply call us toll free at: 1-321-594-4325 for an 'RMA NUMBER'.
